From now on, myFOTO is showing itself from a completely new side. Using a progressive Web App, customers can now create their photo products intuitively on their smartphone. The new design ensures a fresh, modern and minimalistic appearance.
As a faithful companion, the smartphone has become an integral part of our every day life not at least because of its camera. Special moments can be captured quickly, but to create photo products from them, the PC was always essential. With the new website and the mobile online designer, myFOTO has now overcome this barrier. This relaunch was focussed on strategic realignment. That is how the new website presents itself to a younger target group with an independent lifestyle. User-friendliness is a top-priority: Customers should be able to design their photo products quickly and easily directly on their smartphone.
New logo
The new logo is very different from its predecessor. Filigree lines and a new color scheme are ment to symbolize the new brand’s orientation visually.
Progressive Web App
By combining both the progressive online shop and an intuitive online designer, there was created the perfect responsive basis for myFOTO. The website‘s elements adapt automatically to the end devices used by customers – whether it is a smartphone, a tablet or a desktop – both for the website and in the designer. Using this progressive Web App, customers can also now save the website on their home screen and use all features in a mobile optimized presence without having to download an app. „For our customers we have created the possibility, to design photo products quickly and enjoyably from everywhere and with any terminal. Designs and products
Besides the clear information architecture, myFOTO makes the navigation easier with modern and user-friendly structures. Users are not only presented with classic photo products such as photo books and mugs, but also with new products from ORWO Net such as printable full-face masks and polygonal wall decorations. All products are provided with numerous modern designs which customers can adjust as they wish.
