New app for individual postcards with a personal video message is now available in the app stores.
PixelNet customers are now able to create vacation cards, birthday greetings and current news with their own photos in different designs with the new photo postcard app. Even a video message can be attached – no matter how long it is. In addition to that, the PixelNet app convinces with same day production and worldwide free shipping. Therefore the unique photo card arrives directly within a few days at its destination.
PixelNet integrates the notorious postcard in the digitized world: „With our new app, we are offering our customers an innovative way to send their favorite moments captured in photos. We firmly believe that the individual postcard in the mailbox – especially now in the fast-paced digital age – still has a high idealistic value.“ explains Katja Kaliebe-Böhme, team leader of the marketing team and brand manager of PixelNet at the ORWO Net GmbH.
But the ongoing digitalization entails a lot of new functions. The app impresses not only with the photo postcard in a 10x15 cm format, but with a favorable price of € 1.95 and the optional video function. For a minimal surcharge, customers are able to add their video without any time limit. It can be selected out of the image folders on their mobile or being directly recorded. The video is accessible for 12 months by a QR code printed on the back of the postcard.
Designs with up to six images complete the quick and easy creation of the cards. Customers choose a layout, select their favorite photos and drag and drop them into the provided frames. After that, there is the possibility to write a personal text for the back of the card, and a variety of fonts for this. After entering the target address, the card will be printed and arriving within a few days.
The opportunity for offline design and a memory function for the custom made cards and the already used contact data guarantees even more comfort for the app user.
Now for PixelNet customers, there is nothing in the way of sending their very special message from holiday. The free download of the photo postcard app is now available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
